There are 6 things you need to know.

1. You can enter one or two works per student, but not more, because we could have over 175 works of art.
2. Artwork must be matted or framed and READY to hang. That means there must be a wire securely fastened across the back. Mats are those nice colored cardboard frame liners with the window cut out. If you only use a mat, then the wire must be taped very securely. A frame must have a wire attached with screw-eyes.
3. Name and phone# must be on the back of the work.
4. Volunteer to help on the signup sheet at the classroom.
5. Artwork is DUE the week beginning May 17th. No sooner because we have no room to store the framed works, but no later than Thursday, May 20th at 8:00 PM.
6. Artwork MUST be picked up after the show on Saturday night at 8:00 pm (you can make arrangements with Dennas to pick it up the next week if you cannot get it Saturday.)
