30-Day Cancellation Request

You and your family are why Firstlight is here, and we need your help. When you follow our policies, it helps keep us going. <\/span><\/p>\n

When you sign up, you are purchasing a year-long course. Our policies are displayed before signing up, and the first thing they address, is that if you choose to pay monthly instead of paying when you register, you’re making installment payments<\/em><\/strong> for the full tuition that you signed up for. This is also shown on the pricing page, and is explained on every single class description in the sign up portal.

Our standard policies keep us in business and protect our students too. We have always made it clear that this is a full year commitment. We don’t accept cancelations except for certain unavoidable situations, and even then, not after February 20th.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

All that said, however, please call me at my number below, and let me know what your issue is. We love to try and accomodate everyone!<\/i><\/p>\n

If you have already communicated with me directly, and have been approved for a cancellation, please use the form below. Your class will be cancelled 30 days after the date submitted or at submission if your seat was filled from a waiting list.\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

    This form can only be accepted on or before February 20th<\/strong><\/em> of the school year course. After that date we can no longer attempt to fill empty seats.<\/p>\n

    NOTE:<\/strong> If there is a waiting list and we can find someone to take your spot, we can allow cancellation any time. Please contact us via text or phone to see if this is a possibility.<\/p>\n
